We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeping professional to ensure our guests enjoy spotless, comfortable accommodations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet quality standards.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces pristine.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests as needed to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency.
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
- Previous hotel or custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
