What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public areas.
- Stock and deliver linens, amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and other guest requests promptly.
- Support Room Attendants by removing trash, collecting soiled linens, and assisting with heavy lifting.
- Vacuum guest corridors and maintain housekeeping storage areas and linen closets.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to management immediately.
- Handle Lost & Found items according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized Housekeeping office and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Help create memorable guest experiences through friendly, professional service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain duties.
