We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every guestroom meets Hilton brand standards.
What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and team accountability:
- Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are met
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to Room Attendants to improve performance and consistency
- Ensure rooms are guest-ready in a timely manner to support Front Office operations
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with Engineering for prompt resolution
- Oversee daily assignments and ensure completion of boards
- Maintain inventory control of linens, supplies, and amenities
- Support training, onboarding, and development of housekeeping team members
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a professional, service-oriented manner
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a hotel environment (Hilton or similar brand strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
