What you'll be doing:
- Assisting guest with check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly timely manner
- Managing a checklist consisting of billing, requests, VIPs, and room balancing tasks
- Assisting with limited coffee shop services
- Ability to Stand for entire shift
- Managing in-person, online, and phone reservations/inquiries
