- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel experience
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers with reservations, information, or special requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are promptly met
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and ensuring data accuracy
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Strong communication skills with proper phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during high-volume periods or night shifts
- Previous experience in guest relations or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
