The DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix/Mesa is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at The Atrium Bar.
We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great hospitality is about more than just serving food and drinks — it's about making every guest feel welcome!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to hotel guests and local patrons.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Make menu recommendations and confidently promote featured dishes, beverages, and specials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area.
Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Work closely with fellow team members to create a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and food service.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional during busy periods.
A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain required Arizona food handler and alcohol service certifications.
