Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Landscaper to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and landscaping tasks to ensure the proper functioning and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor grounds. The ideal candidate will be skilled in equipment maintenance, carpentry, interior building upkeep, and outdoor landscaping, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance of facilities equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Use hand tools for repairs, installations, and general upkeep around the property.
- Perform carpentry tasks including repairs, modifications, and installations as needed.
- Maintain building interiors through painting, minor repairs, and general cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests and ensuring a positive experience for visitors or staff.
- Carry out outdoor landscaping duties such as blowing grounds to clear debris, trimming bushes, and maintaining the overall appearance of outdoor spaces.
- Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as assigned to support the safety and functionality of the premises.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic carpentry techniques.
- Experience in facilities equipment maintenance and interior building upkeep.
- Ability to perform painting and minor repair work efficiently.
- Knowledge of outdoor landscaping practices including blowing grounds and trimming bushes.
