Location: Chandler, Arizona
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour gratuities
Schedule:
- Thursday–Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Saturday–Sunday: 5:30 AM – 12:00 PM
(Full-time: 30–40 hours/week | Part-time: 15–20 hours/week)

Join the Made Market team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Chandler, where guest service, quality, and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable AM Servers/Baristas to deliver warm and welcoming service to our guests.
Position Overview
As an AM Server/Barista, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests each morning. You'll craft high-quality beverages, serve fresh food items, and ensure every guest begins their day with a positive experience. No prior barista experience is required—we provide full training for motivated candidates with great energy and a service-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient guest service
- Take orders, process payments, and accurately handle cash transactions
- Assist with food service and basic food preparation
- Keep all work areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized
- Restock, rotate, and maintain inventory levels
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Hilton brand standards
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience is helpful but not required
- Friendly, upbeat, and guest-focused personality
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
