We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Dining Room Manager to help lead our grand opening team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a national concept rollout and build your reputation within the Hilton family.
What You’ll Do
· Lead, inspire, and motivate the dining team to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the piebird brand promise of warmth, charm, and hospitality.
· Oversee all front-of-house operations, including staff training, scheduling, inventory, and guest relations.
· Ensure service excellence across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, coordinating seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams.
· Maintain piebird’s inviting and nostalgic ambiance — from décor and lighting to music and guest flow.
· Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to create lasting positive experiences.
· Collaborate with Hilton leadership to establish service standards and best practices for future piebird locations.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (fine or casual dining).
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
· Knowledge of POS systems (Micros, Aloha, or similar).
· ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.
· A passion for hospitality, guest service, and concept-driven dining.
· Previous experience in opening a restaurant or leading a new concept is a plus.
