Food & Beverage Supervisor – Full-Service Hotel

We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and banquet outlets. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the high standards our hotel is known for.

Responsibilities

· Supervise F&B staff during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

· Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards

· Assist with scheduling, training, and performance coaching

· Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

· Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

· Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage or hospitality

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative tasks

· Commitment to exceptional guest service
