As our Night Auditor, you'll be the backbone of our overnight operations, ensuring our guests have a seamless and restful stay. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions and reports.
• Assisting guests with late-night check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries they may have.
• Preparing and distributing essential reports for management and team members.
• Monitoring hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or a similar role.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key when handling financial reports and guest information.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to assist guests and collaborate with team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle any challenges that arise during the night shift.
