We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team and help deliver the exceptional service Hilton is known for.
This is a morning shift position (typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM). Part-time or full-time availability can be discussed during the interview.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
- Confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue keys, and explain hotel amenities and services
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, from the Tulip Time Festival to Lake Michigan beaches
- Use up-selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
- Respond quickly and sincerely to guest requests, questions, and concerns
- Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage guest communications, including receiving and delivering messages accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with reservation systems is a plus (training provided)
- Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. We provide full training.
- Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
