Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times
Experience
- Previous front desk experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Knowledge of hospitality systems and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm
