Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to all departments, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security functions.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and elevate service delivery standards.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development programs to build a motivated and high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies across all hotel operations.
Experience
- Hilton experience preferred.
- PEP and/or OnQ experience preferred.
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry with a strong background in operations management at a senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business growth initiatives within a hotel or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
- Familiarity with financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or similar field preferred.
