- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Skills
