As we accelerate growth, we are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Manager, Demand Planning to help optimize inventory, forecast demand, and ensure we maintain strong in-stock performance while minimizing working capital.
Role Summary
The Manager, Demand Planning will own end-to-end demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies across all of our Channels. This role is critical to balancing growth, operational efficiency, and cash flow in a PE-backed environment. You will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Channel Management, and external manufacturers to drive data-backed decisions and support an aggressive growth plan.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone comfortable in a small, fast-paced organization who thrives on both strategic analysis and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Develop, refine, and maintain weekly and monthly demand forecasts at the SKU level across multiple Sales Channels.
- Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and marketing inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
- Own forecast models and tools (Excel, Sheets, forecasting software, or ERP modules) and continuously improve their sophistication.
Amazon-Focused Inventory Management
- Manage FBA inventory planning, replenishment strategies, and monitoring of capacity limits.
- Maintain strong in-stock rates and track OOS risks, overstock exposures, and aging inventory.
- Collaborate with the Amazon team on promotions, BSR trends, advertising impacts, and category performance.
Supply Chain Coordination
- Partner with supply chain to ensure demand plans align with available capacity at contract manufacturers.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and own dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, stockouts, safety stock levels, and inventory KPIs.
- Present weekly insights to leadership and PE stakeholders with clear recommendations and scenario planning.
- Provide data-driven input into new-product planning and lifecycle management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Amazon Account Management to align forecast assumptions with marketing plans, pricing changes, and supply chain realities.
- Support Finance with demand input for cash flow planning and working-capital modeling.
- Act as the internal expert on Channel inventory policies and operational best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of demand planning, supply chain, or operations experience, ideally in CPG, supplements, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets; comfort building forecasting models.
- Experience managing Amazon FBA inventory and understanding Amazon operational nuances.
- Ability to operate in a small, entrepreneurial team with limited structure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and comfort managing competing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in a private-equity backed, high-growth CPG environment.
- Familiarity with forecasting tools or ERP/MRP systems.
- Background working with 3PLs and external manufacturers.
- Experience supporting promotional planning or marketing forecasting inputs.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
