As our Catering Sales Manager, you’ll help bring events to life. From weddings and meetings to celebrations and banquets, you’ll turn vision into experience by coordinating every detail with care. You’ll build meaningful relationships, drive revenue, and ensure every event reflects KAJ’s standard of excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Empathy: Partner with clients to understand their needs and create memorable, personalized experiences.
- Take Care of People: Plan and execute weddings, meetings, and events from first contact to final detail.
- Include Others: Collaborate closely with hotel leadership, Food & Beverage, and vendors to deliver seamless events.
- Inspire to Succeed: Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and meet sales goals.
- Overcome Obstacles: Problem-solve with creativity, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in catering or event sales, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Delphi experience a plus).
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
