What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal position at Double Time Lawn Care?
Double Time Lawn is looking for hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and a hard work ethic. Prefered avalibilty would be from 3:00am to 4:00pm but we are willing to work with schedules, including school schedules. We only work when it snows, so hours per week may fluctuate widely. The job duration will run through the winter months but a year-round position may be available to the right candidates.
This position works outdoors in all types of weather. Proper attire must be worn and is to be provided by employee. Candidate should have the following cold weather gear that is appropriate for outdoor work; coat, hat, gloves, boots, etc. We use the following equipment; shovels, snow blowers, 4-wheelers, loaders, skid steers, trucks, and snow plows. Employee is responsible for their equipment and its maintenance that should be reported to the supervisor on duty.
Pay will be between $20-$35 per hour, dependent on experience.
