Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain excellent customer service with the best interest of the customer's and employer
- Assist clients with information, service details, and our policies
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to update customer records and process transactions efficiently
- Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on customer requests
- Maintain organized records of customer accounts, transactions, and service
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear understanding and positive engagement with clients
- Working with our software that involves customer accounts, record keeping and billing
