Job Description:
Double Oak Erosion is looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting field crews with a variety of tasks related to erosion control, site maintenance, and general construction work.

Responsibilities:
- Drive company trucks to and from job sites
- Assist with installation of erosion control measures (silt fence, sandbags, inlet protection, etc.)
- Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials and site cleanup
- Support maintenance of job sites, ponds, and drainage systems
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience driving trucks/trailers preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
