Role Description
This full-time Laborer / Driver role involves hands-on work supporting erosion control and site maintenance projects. Responsibilities include operating vehicles and equipment, transporting materials, assisting with SWPPP installations, maintaining project sites, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This is an on-site role located in Houston, TX, requiring collaboration with team members and attention to detail to meet project goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience operating vehicles and equipment, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in executing site maintenance tasks, such as SWPPP installations and repairs, as well as physical labor in various outdoor conditions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in construction and erosion control.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in erosion control, landscaping, or construction-related roles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are advantageous.
