Responsibilities
- Perform thorough carpet cleaning using professional equipment and techniques, including hot water extraction and steam cleaning methods.
- Conduct comprehensive floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Handle and apply floor cleaning chemicals safely, following all safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuum systems efficiently.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or equipment to access cleaning areas safely.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while ensuring satisfaction with the cleaning results.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and safely, understanding proper mixing and application procedures.
