About the Role
This is not a traditional retail position.
Our front-of-house team members are responsible not only for customer interaction, but for maintaining the flow, feel, and standards of the store throughout the day.
You will be immersed in all aspects of daily operations — from working with customers at the counter to noticing what needs attention on the floor and helping move the store forward in real time.
This is a hands-on role in a very fast-moving, detail-oriented environment — it is best suited for someone who enjoys being actively engaged throughout their shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service
Work the register with care and efficiency
Thoughtfully pack and present customer purchases
Maintain and restock displays with attention to detail
Support product flow: labeling, stocking, and light inventory tasks
Communicate clearly with team members to keep the floor running smoothly
Notice what needs attention — and take initiative to address it
Assist with opening and/or closing routines

Schedule
Full-time position (approximately 40–45 hours/week)
