We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Allen, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations, including opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in achieving sales goals and targets
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
