The Prep Cook (AM/PM) is responsible for ensuring the kitchen is ready for service by preparing ingredients, following recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:-
Ingredient Preparation:
- Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.

- Follow standardized recipes and plating guides.
- Assist with making sauces, dressings, marinades, and other prep tasks as directed.

- Restock prep stations during service as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of food items in compliance with health and safety regulations.
