Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in concrete finishing and commercial construction, preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (ability to be insured preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within a 50-mile radius
- Willingness to work in all weather and seasonal conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
- Place concrete using truck, crane/bucket, or pump systems
- Finish concrete using screeds, bull floats, and hand tools
- Operate equipment such as walk-behind trowel machines, vibratory screeds, and concrete vibrators
- Perform slab-on-grade and elevated deck placements
- Saw cut control joints
- Repair finished concrete surfaces (walls and slabs)
- Maintain job site organization and meet project timelines
- Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members
Work Schedule
- Typical Start Time: 7:00
- Typical End Time: 3:30PM
Work Environment
- Outdoor, hands-on work in a variety of conditions
- Physically demanding, fast-paced job sites
