Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling relevant products or services.
• Perform territory management by planning daily routes, scheduling meetings, and optimizing coverage for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement and relationship building.
• Ability to perform market analysis and develop strategies for business development and account management.
