Position Summary
We are seeking a Welder to primarily operate robotic welding equipment. This role will focus on running robotic welders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and eager to learn advanced welding technology.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment
- Prepare materials and fixtures for welding operations
- Inspect welded parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform manual welding when required
- Make minor adjustments and basic troubleshooting on robotic welders
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience is a plus
- Experience with robotic welding systems preferred (training available)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology
