Double Good is seeking an Intern to join our IT Team for the summer.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support Double Good's continued growth. Interns will work alongside experienced team members, develop professional skills, and gain exposure to how teams operate within a fast-growing consumer technology company.
This is a 10-week internship designed to provide real business impact, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Project Work & Analysis
Program Focus: Shipping Operations Technology Project - Work alongside the IT Service Desk in partnership with the Business Operations team to participate in a critical business project supporting the End-of-Line printers essential for all shipping orders.
Program Length:
10-week Summer internship (Summer 2026)
Program Dates:
June 2, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Availability Requirement:
Interns must be available to participate in the full 10-week program and commit to the start and end dates listed above.
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the program

Responsibilities
Project Work & Analysis
- Manage end user helpdesk tickets to completion, including issue resolution with business applications and hardware.
- Manage upgrade cycles of devices and business applications.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of critical business devices, application configurations, security profiles, and company organization.
- Support the IT with projects that contribute to business priorities
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support decision making
- Assist in identifying insights and opportunities for improvement
- Work with team members across the organization to understand business challenges
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights
- Support cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, or dashboards
- Present findings and recommendations as part of a final internship capstone project

- Hands-on Technical Work: Requires physically working on, maintaining, repairing, and operating industrial printer hardware, including cleaning and physical repairs.
- Data-Driven Capstone Project: Leverage business and support data, partner with business and IT leaders, and review historical logs related to the printers to identify key business outcomes for 2026 on:
- Optimal maintenance frequency for the printers.
- Annual procurement needs for printheads and replacement parts.
- The ideal darkness setting for printing shipping labels.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT Systems, Information System Management, or comparable degree with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027
