Job Title: Family Law Attorney with 7-10 years of family law experience
Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Annual Salary: up to 200K DOE
This is a hybrid position

Our client is seeking a skilled Attorney with 7 to 10 years of family law experience who can manage their own caseload and make court appearances to join our exceptional team.
Job duties:
- Must be able to multi-task, track and meet deadlines effectively, interact well with clients, have excellent verbal and writing skills, and demonstrate empathy for families going through challenging transitions.
- The position will involve significant litigation work.
- Confidence in courtroom settings is essential, as is experience running support calculations, working with forensic accountants, and utilizing Essential Forms and Westlaw legal research.
- Experience with ProLaw is a plus.
- Reasonable billable hours and generous benefits.
- A commitment to serving others through the law is an absolute requirement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Membership in good standing in the CA Bar.
- Seven or more years of family law experience, with a strong grasp of California family law.
- Capable of managing own caseload and making court appearances.
- Strong personal work ethic and ability to organize time, manage diverse activities, and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
- Curious and self-directed with an ability to anticipate what needs to be done.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining a firm grasp of individual project details.
- Ability and willingness to travel to all Bay Area courts are required.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish a plus.
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
