Double D Ranch, the premier clothing and lifestyle brand of the West, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing marketing team. This position will be essential in creating high-quality visual assets across various channels and bringing original content ideas forward while expanding the vision and brand identity. This individual will be a self-motivated team player who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under multiple deadlines. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects.
It is essential that the right candidate can formulate a creative strategy based on a thorough understanding of the business as well as from data-backed logic. He/She/They should be able to articulate their creative rationale verbally and visually–and have a proven ability to work across concept and production phases with a hands-on approach from briefing to final execution.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Translate marketing objectives to creative strategy by developing concepts and then executing on that creative vision bringing those concepts to life in collaboration with the copywriter.
- Expand Double D Ranch’s brand identity through the creation of all marketing materials from print, to web, to social
- Drive day-to-day tasks such as email creation, image selection, photograph processing, etc.
- Champion design projects such as web graphics, social media posts, email designs, direct mail, and printed materials from beginning to end
- Develop campaign creative, original graphics, website banners, social media posts, and other marketing materials
- Drive proactive thinking around original ideas and creative briefs
- Create and design assets to drive conversion and meet revenue objectives while implementing impeccable typography, layout, and brand standards
- Partner with the marketing team while championing brand standards and design thinking
- Create and adjust designs based on feedback and seasonal changes, as well as advice from directors
- Communicate with the marketing team and project coordinators weekly on objectives and help facilitate the execution of projects within timelines
ABOUT YOU
- A diverse portfolio is required.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Video editing and motion graphics are a huge plus.
- Impeccable eye for design concepts and an ability to apply them across a variety of media and marketing channels while delivering on the strategic objective at hand.
- High-level understanding of design concepts, including layout and composition theories, typography, print formatting, photo editing and manipulation, color theory, and editorial design practices
- Possesses a passion for translating brand aesthetics and brand voice into creative assets.
- Ability to design across multiple channels and platforms with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Knowledge of e-commerce, social and digital platforms, and current best practices
- A background in web banner, social, and email graphics is a must. Direct mail and printed marketing materials are a plus.
