What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time BCBA (In Person / Once a week) position at Double Care ABA?
- Location - Howell, NJ
- Pay range - $80/hr to $90/hr
- Part Time & in Person role (Once a week you have to do the supervision in person)
- Client age - 8 years old
- Schedule - Monday-Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm
- Immediate need / quick onboarding
- W2 role and use Central reach for Data Collection
- 3 to 4 hours of services per week per client (2 hours of Supervision, 1 hour of treatment planning & 1 hour of parent training)
- BCBA Certification
- NJ LBA

- Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
- Working with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively
- Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data
- Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals
What We Need From You -
