Job Description :-
We’re hiring a friendly, organized individual for a hybrid role that combines community outreach and intake coordination. This position includes time in the field visiting local providers, along with time handling calls and helping new families get started with services.
*****The role includes reimbursement for gas and toll costs.****
Responsibilities:
- Visit local daycares, clinics, and community partners
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Answer incoming calls and follow up with new leads
- Guide families through the intake and onboarding process
- Assist with scheduling and basic coordination
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours (approx. 10 AM – 4 PM)
- Combination of field and office/remote work
Requirements:-
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Must have a car and be willing to travel locally
