Experienced Production Team Foreman Double A Trailers is looking for an experienced Production Team Foreman to oversee our Finishing Department.
About the Finishing Department The Finishing Department is responsible for taking completed trailers through the final stages of production and preparing them for delivery. Duties include:
- Cleaning trailers and removing dirt, debris, and excess material
- Chipping and grinding welds, metal, and other areas to prepare trailers for a quality finish
- Prepping trailers for paint, including surface preparation and ensuring trailers are ready for the paint process
- Wiring trailers and completing final electrical work Installing trailer floors Stacking and organizing completed trailers Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Inspecting work and making sure trailers are properly finished before moving to the next stage or completion
Foreman Responsibilities
The Production Team Foreman will lead and coordinate the finishing crew, assign daily work, monitor production, maintain quality, and make sure the department stays organized and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Experienced in production, manufacturing, or trailer finishing
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
- Ability to lead a team and maintain production standards
Compensation
- Salary position
- Weekly production bonus
- Pay based on experience
