What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory records for vehicle parts, tools, equipment, and operational supplies
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
- Issue parts and materials to drivers, mechanics, and operations teams
- Partner with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid downtime
- Track usage trends and generate inventory reports to support decision-making
- Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and internal controls
- Support fleet maintenance by ensuring timely access to critical materials
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus)
- 1–3 years of inventory, warehouse, or trucking industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
