About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to manage equipment inventory, maintenance records, and repair coordination. This role supports both office and field operations, with training available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• ² Responsible for equipment inventory.

• ² Maintaining spreadsheet on equipment location and assignments.

• ² Purchasing parts and services for equipment

• ² Documentation of equipment PM, shop repair, and outside repairs.

• ² Generating reports relating to equipment management

• ² Follow all requirements of the company safety program.

• ² Take personal responsibility for safety in working environment.

• ² Promote safety among peers, subordinates and supervisors

• ² Perform additional assignments and assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Equipment Manager

Qualifications:

• ² At least 2 years of experience in the field or related areas are preferred.

• ² Or 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

• ² General knowledge of the various disciplines and procedures utilized by the Construction industry is preferred.

• ² Will train a right candidate

• ² Must possess a valid class C California driver's license with a good driving record and must be 21 years of age (must be eligible to drive a company vehicle).

• ² Good knowledge of safety precautions and procedures relating to dispatch matters.

• ² Working knowledge of Excel and access software for recordkeeping.

• ² Knowledge of Spectrum preferred.

• ² Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• ² Complies with and maintains company confidentiality practices and policies.

• ² Interacts professionally with all company employees and outside persons.

• ² Able to stand for long periods of time, use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects.

• ² Able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs
