Job Summary:
· Supports the management of warehouse-based slot machine operations, including equipment staging, refurbishment, inventory control, and technician coordination. Ensures all gaming equipment is prepared, maintained, and compliant with regulatory standards before deployment to route locations.
Required Certifications:
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration (work card).
· Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Forklift License.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in electronics or IT preferred.
· 3–5 years of experience in slot machine and cash handling equipment maintenance.
· Advanced knowledge of slot platforms (e.g., IGT, Bally, Aristocrat) and cash dispenser systems.
· Proficiency in diagnostics tools, software utilities, and electronic repair techniques.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Valid Nevada driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration (work card).
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform expert-level diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on slot machines, peripherals, and cash dispensers (e.g., ATMs, redemption kiosks).
· Lead complex troubleshooting involving game software, network connectivity, bill validators, ticket printers, and touchscreen systems.
· Maintain and service cash dispensers, including clearing jams, replacing hardware, updating firmware, and balancing/reconciling cash handling logs.
· Oversee and execute machine installations, conversions, relocations, and software updates across multiple locations.
· Ensure all equipment complies with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations and Dotty’s internal policies.
· Maintain detailed service records, compliance documentation, and inventory logs.
· Train, mentor, and support entry- and mid-level technicians; provide technical guidance and performance feedback.
· Monitor route-wide equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
· Ensure safety, security, and professionalism in all service activities.
