About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Dotty's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons. You will greet customers, take orders, and provide drinks and food in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Greet patrons and provide drinks and food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Secure proper identification from customers.
• Sell cigarettes and other products as needed.
• Count inventory and money accurately at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain inventory levels as assigned.
• Understand and market Dotty's promotions effectively.
• Process payouts to guests correctly.
• Keep the store stocked, clean, and well-maintained.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding operational issues.
• Perform minor upkeep and maintenance on slot machines.
• Obtain necessary certifications, including Health Card, TAM Card, Non-Gaming Card, and Nevada Gaming Registration.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency are required.
