Duties
- Actively engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns, to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis by listening carefully to clients’ situations and explaining various insurance options clearly and confidently.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to reach mutually beneficial agreements that align with clients’ financial goals and coverage requirements.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on policy renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
