Role Description This is a full-time Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect role based in Pleasanton, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect will lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Fusion Financials, aligning system capabilities with client finance and accounting processes. The role includes gathering and validating business requirements, mapping them to Oracle Fusion modules, and creating scalable, secure, and compliant solution architectures. The architect will collaborate with functional and technical teams to guide configurations, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting design workshops, preparing functional and technical specifications, supporting development and testing cycles, resolving issues, and advising stakeholders on best practices and product roadmap impacts. The individual will also contribute to project planning, estimates, risk assessment, and provide thought leadership during client presentations, demos, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications
- Strong Solution Architecture skills in Oracle Fusion Financials (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), with experience designing end-to-end finance solutions and aligning them with enterprise standards.
- Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, process workshops, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solution designs.
- Experience working with Software Development teams to translate designs into technical specifications, support configurations/customizations, and review deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Integration expertise, including designing and validating interfaces between Oracle Fusion and other ERP, CRM, HCM, and external systems, using standard integration frameworks and APIs.
- Business Process knowledge in finance and accounting, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and financial close, with the ability to optimize and standardize processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, and production support for finance modules.
