General Dentist

Dothan Smiles | Dothan, Alabama

Dothan Smiles is looking for a General Dentist to join an established practice producing approximately $3.3M annually, with nearly 10,000 patient visits and 1,000 new patients each year.

The demand is already here. We're looking for a doctor ready to take advantage of it.

• Up to 40% of collections

• Current doctor producing over $9,000/day

• At 20 clinical days/month, that's approximately $2.16M in annual doctor production

• Strong existing patient base

• 1,000 new patients annually

• Clinical autonomy

• Full benefits package

• Continuing education and growth opportunities

• Operational and administrative support

A doctor producing at the current $9K/day level could generate approximately $2.16M annually in production, creating significant earning potential depending on individual collections and compensation percentage.

This isn't an opportunity where you'll spend years waiting to build a patient base. The patients and demand are already here.

We're looking for a patient-focused GP who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, wants to grow clinically, and is motivated by the opportunity to build a highly productive practice.

Experienced doctors and ambitious newer dentists are encouraged to apply.

If you're looking for strong patient flow, clinical autonomy, and substantial earning upside, we'd love to have a conversation. You can apply via the link or reach out direct to Bre Clark at 256-714-3020.
