Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately
- Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and battery checks using hand tools and power tools
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing basic vehicle concerns with professionalism
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostic procedures and mechanical repairs as needed
- Lift heavy tires, batteries, and other automotive parts safely while adhering to safety protocols
Experience
- Dealership experience or automotive service background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Mechanical knowledge related to standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and basic repairs is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques is beneficial
