PreK Paraprofessional

Dothan Brook School is seeking a caring, energetic, and student-centered Pre-K Paraprofessional to join our early childhood team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the classroom teacher and other support staff to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social-emotional, and developmental needs of all students. Responsibilities Support the implementation of daily classroom activities and instructional plans. Assist students individually and in small groups with academic, social, and behavioral goals. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Support students during transitions, meals, recess, and other daily routines. Assist with data collection and documentation as directed by the classroom teacher or special educators. Implement behavior support plans and accommodations as needed. Collaborate effectively with teachers, interventionists, special educators, and related service providers. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
