Role Description
We are looking for a Shipping, Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our ShipNPrint team. This role involves assisting customers with shipping needs, preparing packages, handling carrier drop-offs, and managing daily store operations.
Responsibilities
• Sell and recommend shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services based on customer needs
• Professionally pack items including documents, electronics, artwork, antiques, and fragile shipments
• Process UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS shipments and drop-offs
• Handle online returns and carrier acceptance
• Operate printing equipment (copying, scanning, document printing)
• Manage POS transactions and payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales experience and the ability to manage sales processes and close deals effectively
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance skills and performance
- Knowledge of Sales Management to lead and drive sales initiatives and achieve targets
- Proficiency in basic marketing concepts and strategies is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
