What You'll Do
- Call new and existing DOT leads to sell compliance services — including new entrant packages, safety audit prep, and MCS-150 filings
- Cold call new USDOT applicants and walk them through the safety audit process and the regulations that apply to them
- Convert inbound leads (calls, texts, emails) generated by our marketing efforts
- Onboard new clients into our compliance platform
- Build and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Upsell existing clients on additional compliance services
- Stay current on USDOT/FMCSA regulations to be a trusted resource for client

Compensation
- 35% commission on net sales — paid every Friday
- Unlimited earning potential — you control your income
- 2 weeks of paid training to get you up to speed
- After 1 year of strong performance, eligible for promotion to Senior Compliance Representative at 40% commission
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are your own boss — work your book, build your pipeline, and get paid for what you close. We will be there to handle all of the back-end paperwork, and provide you with UNLIMITED WARM AND COLD LEADS. More than you can handle. Never worry again about hunting down prospects.

- Sales experience preferred; trucking/compliance industry knowledge is a plus but not required — we'll train you

Salary : $45,000 - $150,000
