Who You Are:

Tribble Electric is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to support the daily operations of our Residential New Construction Department. This role is responsible for performing high-quality electrical installations in new home builds, leading small crews, and ensuring all work meets code requirements, safety standards, and project timelines. The Residential Electrician plays a key role in maintaining the workmanship, professionalism, and reliability that builders and homeowners expect from Tribble Electric.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform electrical installations in residential new construction projects in accordance with NEC and company standards
• Lead small crews and support the development of apprentices on the job
• Maintain productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule
• Communicate professionally with builders, inspectors, team members, and supervisors
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, document work completed, and ensure all required materials are identified and secured
• Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Assist in ensuring overall project quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 years of residential new construction electrical experience
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program (or nearing completion)
• Strong knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience leading small crews and managing daily jobsite operations
• Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and maintain productivity
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality
• Must meet company driving requirements, including a valid Virginia license and acceptable driving record.
