The Inside Sales Intern will work closely with the Maintenance Sales Team to support lead generation and early-stage sales activities. This role is ideal for a student majoring in Marketing, Business, or a related field who wants hands-on experience in sales, prospecting, and commercial service operations. The intern will gain direct exposure to the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to early customer engagement.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective commercial customers to introduce HVAC service offerings.
- Follow up on warm leads generated by the Maintenance Sales Team.
- Assist in researching potential clients, market segments, and competitive activity.
- Learn and participate in the company’s sales process, including CRM usage, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
- Schedule and occasionally conduct initial sales meetings with prospective customers under the guidance of senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and lead information.
What You’ll Bring:
- Currently attending a four-year college or university studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be willing and able to work required working hours as assigned by supervisor (not to exceed 40 per week).
- Approximately 12-week internship, Summer 2025
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects is essential.
- Fluent English verbal and written skills are required.
- General physical requirements:
- Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
