What You’ll Do:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver gasoline and ULSD to retail and commercial customers.
- Complete all deliveries with zero spills and full environmental compliance.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and state regulations.
- Inspect truck and trailer daily; report safety or maintenance issues immediately.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminal personnel.
- Adhere to company safety standards, including no-smoking and PPE requirements.
- Operate efficiently while prioritizing safety and product integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker (N) and HazMat (H) endorsements – or X combination.
- Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience (fuel hauling preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work weekends or rotating shifts as needed.
- Experience loading at terminals such as Kinder Morgan, Buckeye, First Energy etc. is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a desire to represent Woodfin-Your Home Team on a daily basis.
- Driving Requirements
- Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
- Must have positive points on state driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
- Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
- Able to pass DOT background and drug screenings.
- All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
- Physical Requirements
- Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift hoses (50–75 lbs), climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
