Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, slicers, mixers, and other culinary tools efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to uphold safety standards in production and storage
• Pack and organize orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality
• Make timely deliveries to designated locations while adhering to safety protocols and delivery schedule

Skills

• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry standards
• Excellent knife skills
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments
• Ability to follow recipes
• Experience with catering

• Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Attention to detail in cleaning, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards

You must have drivers license
