Landscape Sales & Operations Coordinator
Doskoch Lawn Care | Full-Time | $90,000–$100,000 (Base Performance)
Doskoch Lawn Care is a growing lawn and landscape company looking for a high-performing Sales & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of estimating, closing work, and coordinating jobs from start to finish.
This is a key role in the company. You will work directly with the owner and help drive growth while keeping production organized and efficient.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Meeting with customers and producing professional estimates for lawn and landscape projects
- Following up with leads and closing work consistently
- Managing the schedule for landscape work and coordinating jobs with field crews
- Ordering materials and planning job logistics as needed
- Communicating with customers before, during, and after projects
- Ensuring quality standards are met and jobs are completed cleanly and professionally
- Helping streamline systems so projects run smoother and faster
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking with customers
- Organized, fast-moving, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Comfortable selling and following up (this role requires closing)
- Landscape industry experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High standards and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus performance incentives
- Total compensation expected: $80,000–$100,000 based on performance
- Company vehicle available depending on experience
